Some things that kind folks have said:
“It was great to work with you! Your drills and games focused on some basic elements of paddling, piece by piece, which gave me the foundation to improve my form. Your coaching style brought me to an “Ah hah” moment for my paddle stroke, a critical feeling to build my muscle memory for the upcoming season. In fact, a few times during the 2K race, I went into Zen mode for a few strokes. I left the week a very different paddler than when I started. Thank you!”

“I realized as I left my kick boxing/martial arts class today that I’m doing tough things without much thought. My week 3 Space Camp gave me that “mental toughness memory” – like muscle memory that we work so hard to develop in paddling. 10 more burpees – not a problem. 10 more minutes of paddling – no problem. I just focus on the form and before I know it, it’s done. Thanks! One more benefit to camp. One I hadn’t anticipated.”
